About the Retreat

For three days every year, women from all over the country get together for a weekend of recovery from the disease of alcoholism using the program of Alcoholics Anonymous through seminars, workshops, speakers, meditations, laughter, friendship, creativity, and new experiences. Any 12 step member is welcome to join us.
We stay in warm, comfortable rooms (see Accomodations page for more details) at the beautiful retreat center called Epworth by Sea, which overlooks the Frederica River on St. Simons Island, Georgia.
